The uncapper speeded up the extraction process a lot. It was easy to use and easy to collect the uncappings and associated honey. Good to use if you have a lot of full supers to be extracted. Would I recommend it? yes.

Looking forward to a spring harvest to give my new ‘toy’ a thorough testing.

Having inspected the alternative versions offered by another manufacturer at the National Honey Show, yours was by far the better engineered product and that strongly influenced my decision.

As someone living with a back injury, I’m hoping your device will ease the problems I experience during prolonged extraction🤞

The uncapper makes super-quick work of preparing frames for extraction. There’s very little mess and almost no wax to deal with (although some beekeepers may want that wax for other purposes). The uncapper is easy to clean up afterwards. It’s a well-engineered, quality product.

I used the uncapper with my daughter last week, the process was simple and rapid and most of all clean. The rollers that decap are tensioned on a pulley system and so ride the contours of the supers effectively. After spinning the honey there was very little wax most seemed to stay on the frames which was cleaned up by the bees afterwards. I would say this is a well engineered well thought out product that saves an enormous amount of time and mess.
